About the role
Plan, schedule, and coordinate the export of goods, including transportation, documentation, and customs requirements. Ensure timely shipment and delivery of goods to meet customer expectations and avoid penalties or delays. Oversee the correct preparation of export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin (FTA/AIFTA etc.
What you'll do

- Ensure timely shipment and delivery of goods to meet customer expectations and avoid penalties or delays
- Oversee the correct preparation of export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin (FTA/AIFTA etc
- Ensure to share them in a timely manner with the relevant regional Interco team
- Coordinate with Engineering to ensure product specifications, technical manuals, and compliance certificates are included in the export documentation package
