About the role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving service revenue growth across contracts, spare parts, batteries, upgrades, retrofit solutions, and audit services . This is an individual contributor role with full accountability for sales growth, P&L management, and customer satisfaction .
What you'll do
- Drive service sales growth in UPS contracts, spare parts, batteries, upgrades, retrofit, and audit services
- Manage contract business with strong awareness of RCR (Recurring Contract Revenue) and WCR (Warranty Contract Revenue)
- Identify and pursue opportunities in retrofit and upgrade projects to enhance customer infrastructure
- Develop and execute strategies for solution-based service sales and audit business expansion
- Handle end-to-end service sales cycle including prospecting, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure
