What you'll do
- Lead - Operation Excellence
- M2/ AGM- Operation Excellence
- Champion Network Operational Excellence through automation, digital transformation, and continuous process innovation to deliver measurable business outcomes
- Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale digital solutions , including portals, dashboards, and applications, from concept to value realization
- Own the requirements governance framework , including FRS definition, stakeholder alignment, approvals, and solution adoption
