Sound Knowledge of Packet core 2G, 3G, 4G & IOT technology with hands on troubleshooting & trace analysis skills in Packet Core domain- GGSN/SGW/PGW/SGSN/MME or in IP routing and switching Domain. 24*7 support during emergency and Fault incidents management On call Customer complaints troubleshooting, maintaining resolution SLA and TAT, providing RCA

- Responsible for end-to-end new solution POC/UAT testing for new IoT customers on Packet Core nodes + IP nodes
