About the role
Provisioning of lawful interception (LI) requests as prescribed in the LI SOP issued by DoT. Be the sole interface between VIL and LEA’s in matters concerning LI & Data Disclosure. Have a close working relationship with LEAs to better understand their emergent requirements on account of technological advancements.
What you'll do
- Alternate Nodal Officer (ANO)
- Processing of Data Disclosure requests received from law enforcement agencies (LEA) in a time bound manner as prescribed by DoT
- Resolve all technical and non-technical issues faced by law enforcement agencies with respect to LI and Data Disclosures
- Prepare reports for LI / Data Disclosure and maintain / destruct statutory records prescribed by DoT for Nodal Operations
- Maintain high level of confidentiality / secrecy in process and documentation received from Govt. Agencies and provide 24X7 support
