About the role
Weareseeking an experienced Billing and Revenue Management Subject Matter Expert to provide end-to-end operational ownershipoftelecom billing services. This role is responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, resilience and supportability of billing platforms, while leading critical incident recovery, service transitions, automation initiatives and continual service improvements.
What you'll do
- Own the operational health, availability, performance, resilience and supportability of billing services
- Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex billing, rating, invoicing, payment, adjustment, discount and collections-related issues
- Lead P1 and P2 incident recovery processes, coordinating cross-functional troubleshooting and communicating business impact effectively
- Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, known-error management and recurring defect elimination
- Ensure compliance with SLA and KPI targets across Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request and operational risk processes
