The Capability Development Lead will drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of internal learning, capability development, and competence management initiatives across the organization.
What you'll do
- Design and manage organization-wide capability development initiatives aligned with business priorities
- Develop structured learning pathways, competency frameworks, and certification programs for technical, functional, and professional roles
- Work with Global Head of Academy to partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, HR, and regional teams to identify capability gaps and learning needs
- Lead the design and deployment of instructor-led, virtual, blended, and digital learning programs
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of internal training programs, including planning, execution, evaluation, and continuous improvement
