About the role
Who will you be working with? You will work within Wabtec's Corporate Solutions organization and partner closely with Human Resources Technology, Workday product owners, HR process leaders, payroll, benefits, finance, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, data and analytics, and service management teams.
What you'll do
- Lead architecture discussions with HR Technology, functional product owners, security, enterprise architecture, business stakeholders
- Assess new demand and select the appropriate delivery pattern, such as EIB, Core Connector, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, RaaS, workday web services
- Create and review solution architecture, interface specifications, data mappings, sequence flows, transformation logic, security design, scheduling, error handling
- Review technical builds and deployment plans for alignment with architecture standards, reusable patterns, naming conventions, least-privilege security
- Partner with integration developers and implementation vendors to remove design blockers, resolve complex defects
