What you'll do
- Serve as the technical contact for customers and internal stakeholders, providing timely resolution of issues, safety cases, and hot issues resolution
- Conduct fleet assessments and feasibility studies for custom engineering requests to support decision-making and project planning
- Undertakes frequent travel, executes Application Studies & Engagements to understand the Requirements, Pain points, Voice of the Customer and New Business Opportunities
- Undertakes Competition Products Survey & Field Studies on NPIs/ existing products, Product Tear downs, Product & LCC offering
- Convert customer requirements into precise engineering specifications and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including BOMs, interface definitions
