About the role
Kard is transforming customer loyalty with our rewards-as-a-service API platform. Kard is looking for an independent and highly motivated Ads Ops specialist to join the Merchant team. You’ll work cross functionally across Merchant Sales, Issuer Sales, Partners, Data, and Marketing.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with internal campaign managers and Kard’s external merchants to set up and manage offer campaigns
- Build, monitor, and optimize campaigns across multiple offer placements
- Conduct regular health checks on campaigns and ensure data accuracy in reporting
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business including brand marketing, data, product, engineering, content and more to prioritize growth initiatives
