About the role
Optimize field service delivery through effective planning, scheduling, and coordination of Field Service Engineers (FSEs), ensuring timely customer support, efficient resource utilization, and achievement of service operational KPIs.
What you'll do
- Plan and schedule preventive maintenance, breakdown calls, installations, and other service activities
- Coordinate with Service Team Managers, Field Engineers, and Service Coordinators to ensure timely service delivery
- Monitor engineer workload, utilization, schedule adherence, and pending service activities
- Manage schedule changes and prioritize urgent customer requirements
- Maintain accurate scheduling records in service systems
