About the role

This role places you at the centre of our procurement operations in Hyderabad, where you’ll sharpen your commercial acumen, build strong supplier relationships, and directly contribute to cost savings and process efficiency. Run RFx and competitive bid processes for assigned indirect categories—communicating with suppliers, tabulating bids, and supporting commercial evaluations to identify the best value.

What you'll do

• Run competitive sourcing events, analyse supplier bids, coordinate with stakeholders, and keep documentation audit‑ready
• Support Negotiations & Onboarding: Assist in negotiations, contract setup, and supplier onboarding, always following defined governance and approval protocols
• Maintain Documentation: Keep meticulous records of all sourcing activities—commercial comparisons, supplier master data
• Track Performance: Monitor supplier performance, contract milestones, and renewal timelines; help resolve issues and escalate when needed
• Analyse Spend & Identify Savings: Use supplier and spend data to spot consolidation opportunities, support category insights, and contribute to savings targets

What you need
