About the role

As the Senior legal Counsel, you will work with General Legal Counsel and the legal team on drafting and negotiating various contracts. You will play a central role in shaping how we develop, protect, and scale innovation, advising on patentability, trade secrets, licensing, enforcement, and regulatory alignment.

What you'll do

  • Negotiating procurement contracts with India vendors
  • Provide legal opinion on company policies and processes
  • Regulatory research and compliance
  • Liaise with external counsel on contracts, compliance, disputes, IP related matters etc
  • Drive efficiency in contracting and other legal processes
