About the role

We are looking for a Sr./Manager Product Operations to drive operational excellence across the Product organization. This role partners with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Leadership to improve product planning, governance, AI adoption, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.

What you'll do

• Drive product planning, roadmap governance, portfolio tracking, and operational reviews
• Establish standardized operating processes, documentation, reporting frameworks, and planning cadences
• Support quarterly planning, prioritization, executive reviews, and strategic initiatives
• AI-led Operations & Governance
• Drive AI-led process governance by identifying opportunities to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency

What you need
