About the role

We are looking for an Experienced Product Manager (PM) to join the Innovaccer product team. This role is ideal for someone with prior product ownership experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology who is ready to take end-to-end ownership of meaningful problem spaces. As an experienced PM, you will operate as a strong product owner for defined Innovaccer modules or workflows, with limited oversight.

What you'll do

• Product Discovery & User Understanding
• Partner with PMs to understand user personas (care managers, clinicians, CDI specialists, population health leaders)
• Participate in customer interviews, shadowing, and usability testing
• Analyze user behavior, feedback, and support tickets to identify pain points
• Develop a strong understanding of healthcare workflows, value-based care, and interoperability concepts
