About the role

As a Manager – CEO's Office, you will operate at the center of Innovaccer's strategic and operating core, working directly with the CEO and senior leadership to drive organizational priorities, special initiatives, and cross-functional execution. This role is built for someone who combines sharp analytical thinking with exceptional communication skills and thrives on translating ambiguous challenges into clear plans of action.

What you'll do

• Act as an extension of the CEO — prepare briefings, synthesize inputs, and ensure the CEO is always decision-ready with the right context
• Own the CEO's strategic operating cadence: leadership reviews, all-hands, board prep, and key stakeholder meetings
• Track and drive execution on the company's most critical cross-functional priorities and OKRs, surfacing blockers and recommending course corrections
• Lead high-priority special projects — from market opportunity assessments and M&A diligence support to organizational redesign and new initiative launches
• Draft, refine, and align executive communications including board materials, investor updates, internal memos, and town hall narratives
