What you'll do

• Identifying training and development needs within the Firm through job analysis
• Designing and executing L&D projects: The incumbent would be expected to work across a range of skilling problem statement and projects
• Ensuring that the activities undertaken by the team are well within the budget as assessing the return on investment od any training program is essential
• Developing effective induction program which could be followed up by a feedback
• Ensuring the statutory training requirements are met by self-assessment and evaluation from the person’s manager
