Account Executive, Commercial [NAMER]

About the role

Every account we have today started as a name on somebody's list. We're looking for an Account Executive to go find the next wave - hunting, qualifying, and closing net-new business across a defined NAMER territory, from first cold outreach to signed contract. You'll carry the number for new-logo bookings, with direct access to leadership whenever a deal needs a push - it's a founder-led sales cycle, so when you ask, senior leadership jumps in.

What you'll do

• Own quota attainment for net-new logo bookings - every deal you close is a brand-new customer, not a renewal
• Build and run your own outbound pipeline - prospect, cold call, and break into net-new accounts instead of waiting for leads to land in your lap
• Run full-cycle deals from first conversation to signature - discovery, demo, business case, negotiation, close
• Build the business case and ROI story that turns a skeptical buyer into a champion and wins executive sign-off
• Keep forecasts accurate and CRM data clean enough that leadership can trust the numbers, not just hope for it
