About the role

Account Executive at JiBe Enterprise. Expense Management: Accurately book and record company expenses, ensuring proper documentation and coding.

What you'll do

• PO, Invoice, and Payment Entries: Create and process Purchase Orders (PO), invoices, and payment entries in accordance with company procedures
• Invoice Review & Documentation: Review and verify invoices and supporting documents
• Filing & Recordkeeping: Properly file bills, vouchers, and all relevant documents, maintaining organized and accessible records for future reference
• Month-End Closure & Audit Assistance: Assist in the monthly closure of books
• Assist with cash flow management and budgeting

What you need

• 4–6 yrs of experience
• TDS
• MS Office
• Financial statements
• Financial analysis
• Accounts receivable
• Accounts payable
• B.Com
