Account Manager - Higher Education (US, Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow strategic client relationships across Academian’s customer base. The Account Manager will serve as a key client-facing leader, responsible for managing enterprise relationships, overseeing consulting and technology service engagements, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for account growth and expansion.

What you'll do

• Manage and grow relationships with Higher Education and EdTech clients
• Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise accounts and multi-stakeholder engagements
• Own SOW-based consulting and technology delivery engagements from initiation through execution
• Support the delivery of client-focused solutions and strategic initiatives
• Monitor account performance, adoption metrics, and client satisfaction
