Account Manager, HPOP & MA India

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager, HP Organic Peroxides & Metal Alkyls (India) who can drive profitable sales growth, strengthen strategic customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and expand Nouryon's market presence across the Polymer Specialties business in the Indian Subcontinent.

What you'll do

• In your future role as Account Manager, you will: Drive sales and business development activities for Organic Peroxides and Metal Alkyls across the Indian Subcontinent
• Support the achievement and growth of Net Sales in line with agreed budgets and strategic objectives
• Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with key accounts through a structured Key Account Management approach
• Lead commercial discussions including pricing, contract negotiations, claims management, and customer agreements
• Develop and execute customer-specific value propositions to strengthen market position and customer loyalty
