Account Manager

About the role

In this role you will participate in face-to-face and remote selling to the company's existing customers, selling directly or indirectly through various sales channels. In this role, you will help assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services and solutions.

What you'll do

• This will be a B2B sales model wherein you will develop account strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention
• Resolve customer issues promptly to improve service experience and loyalty
• Hold meetings with clients to discuss objectives, challenges, and strategic solutions
• Development and delivery of sales proposals and conducting detailed presentations for effective product demonstration
• Build a business plan for each account developing strong client relationships

What you need
