Account Manager

About the role

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for running the day-to-day operations in the studio. You are responsible for liaising with the Clients and internal teams to ensure the on-time, on-brief delivery of high- quality digital projects. As the Senior Account Manager, you will be leading project delivery, from ideation to execution, for a number of brands, working with multiple internal and external teams.

What you'll do

• Responsible for the day-to-day execution of accounts, from an operational, output, Client, and team management perspective
• Accountable for the delivery of the growth and achievement of growth targets
• Accountable for receiving positive Client feedback for all projects delivered
• Manage and develop positive Client relationships
• Manage and develop junior team members

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
