About the role

What you'll do

  • Coordinate with insurance companies for policy, renewals and claims resolution
  • Conduct periodic client reviews, claims analysis, and MIS reporting
  • Ensure seamless onboarding of clients and manage documentation and compliance requirements
  • Handle client queries, escalations, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  • Work closely with internal teams including operations, claims, and wellness teams
