Account Success Manager - Partnership

About the role

We started with our first consumer product, Dhan, an investment and trading platform launched in November 2021. Today, Dhan ranks #8 amongst stock brokers in India and continues to be one of the fastest-growing platforms in the investment and trading ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Own the post-integration lifecycle of broker partnerships — from go-live through ongoing account growth
• Drive business volumes and activation through each integrated broker (usage, adoption, trading volumes via the algo marketplace)
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Stratzy and the broker's operations and tech teams for day-to-day issue resolution
• Coordinate with Stratzy's internal tech team to troubleshoot integration issues, bugs, or data/API discrepancies flagged by broker partners
• Monitor partnership health — track volumes, adoption metrics, and flag any degradation or churn risk early

What you need
