Accountant

About the role

The Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations. This role involves handling day-to-day accounting functions, supporting financial analysis, and maintaining accurate financial documentation while delivering high-quality outputs.

What you'll do

• Oversee and manage general ledger activities and account reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial statements and other financial reports
• Assist with GST returns including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B and the related reconciliations, and input tax credit verification
• Reconcile TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and returns prepared by external provider
• Support the global payroll team with monthly payroll and the related payroll statutory compliances

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
