Accounting Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an Accounting Associate for American Campus Communities (ACC), a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company and the largest owner, manager and developer of high-quality student housing communities in the United States. This role is based in Bengaluru, India and is hired through Revantage India.

What you'll do

• Respond to Accounting Manager review comments timely, make required corrections and incorporate feedback into future work to improve accuracy and consistency
• Support internal and external audit requests by preparing assigned schedules, reconciliations and supporting documentation for management review
• Monitor assigned accounting tasks and close deadlines, proactively identifying missing information, unresolved items or other risks to timely completion
• Maintain proficiency in Oracle Fusion, close management software, Excel and other systems and analytical tools used by the Accounting function
• Perform other projects and responsibilities as assigned
