Accounting Manager

About the role

The Accounting Manager will be based in Hyderabad, India . In this position, you will report to the MEIAT Controller . The Accounting Manager will be a key leadership role within the India Global Capability Centre, responsible for building and leading a high-performing team that supports global technical accounting, financial reporting, accounting analytics, close operations, and controllership transformation initiatives.

What you'll do

• 1 . Month-End, Quarter-End, and Year-End Close Support
• Support global close execution with a focus on complex accounting areas, close governance, analytics, and issue resolution
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, close analytics, and supporting schedules prepared by GCC or regional controllership teams
• Ensure close activities are completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with company policies and SOX controls
• Support quarter-end and year-end reporting requirements, including audit support and preparation of schedules for Corporate Accounting and SEC Reporting
