Senior Manager - P2P Operational lead and AP Regulatory

About the role

The Senior Manager, P2P Operational lead and AP Regulatory will serve as the on-the-ground leader of the P2P (P2P) operational team based in Amgen India (Hyderabad), with operational accountability for a eight-person team spanning both global P2P operational roles and AIN P2P Service owner.

What you'll do

• Team Leadership and Development
• Ensure AIN P2P team is aligned with and executes on the global transformation initiatives and strategic priorities
• Directly manage two managers and four senior associates across Vendor master(1), invoice processing (1), global payments (1), AIN P2P Service owner (1)
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly priorities; conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development conversations
• Onboard new team members, build training plans, and maintain documented desk procedures across all functional areas
