About the role

Oversight of assigned consumer lending products and related payables, receivables and revenue Staff development, training, coaching, and retention of all associates Timely communication of deadlines, workloads and scheduling issues to Momentum management Timely preparation and/or review of month end account reconciliations

What you'll do

• Reporting to the Accounting Manager, Operations, this position will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations
• Responsible for scheduling jobs and delegating duties to assigned accounting staff
• Provide coaching and direction on work issues as required. Set team goals and review achievements on a monthly basis
• Maintain a positive working relationship when addressing problems and providing solutions
• Respond to questions from other internal departments as well as liaising with select external parties

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Accounting
• Excel
• Reconciliation
• Internal controls
• Accounts receivable
• Month-end close
• Any graduate
