Accounts & Admin

About the role

We are looking for a sharp, enthusiastic and well-rounded Executive whose core strength is in Accounts — someone who is hands-on with Tally, keeps books clean, and ensures nothing in billing or payments is missed. Beyond that, you will support day-to-day office administration, and bring genuine energy to HR support and employee engagement — including creating fun content for our Instagram and LinkedIn.

What you'll do

• Expense Tracking & Reconciliation: Track office expenses, record transactions and support monthly reconciliation with accuracy
• Audit Readiness: Maintain well-organised records of bills, receipts, vouchers and agreements for audit and compliance purposes
• Stock & Stationery Management: Maintain stock of office supplies and stationery. Monitor inventory levels and raise purchase requests before items run out
• Employee Engagement Activities: Help plan and execute fun team activities, celebrations, birthday shoutouts and office events — your energy and ideas are welcome here

What you need

• 1.5–3 yrs of experience
