Accounts Executive

About the role

Accounts Executive at Team Pumpkin. Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally (Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Journal, Payments, and Receipts).

What you'll do

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally (Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Journal, Payments, and Receipts)
• Manage accounting workflows in Zoho Books (or the Zoho Suite) alongside Tally
• Handle end-to-end sales invoicing and purchase entries
• Perform regular bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and customer ledger reconciliation
• Track receivables and payables, and follow up on outstanding payments

What you need

• 1–2 yrs of experience
• Reconciliation
• Tally
• GST
• TDS
• Accounting
• Excel
• Chartered Accountant or CA Intermediate or CMA or M.Com or B.Com

Good to have

• Payroll
• Zoho Books
• Accounts receivable
• MIS reporting
• Month-end close
• Cash flow
