Accounts Payable Administrator

About the role

The role works closely with colleagues, suppliers and internal customers, including stakeholders outside India, and contributes to month-end close, reconciliations and audit support in a high-volume environment.

What you'll do

• Process supplier invoices, including purchase order and non-purchase order invoices, and verify required documentation, coding and approvals
• Perform invoice matching, data entry and exception follow-up in the accounting system; help prevent duplicate or inaccurate payments
• Support scheduled payment runs by validating payment documentation, approvals, vendor credits and payment terms
• Review employee expense reports for required documentation and compliance with company travel and expense policies
• Respond to accounts payable inquiries from suppliers, colleagues and internal customers, and resolve routine discrepancies promptly
