About the role

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad in a hybrid capacity. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will keep vendor payments accurate, timely, and well controlled, supporting the financial operations that help our global clinical development programs run smoothly.

What you'll do

  • Vendor Invoice Processing (Purchase Order and Non Purchase Order Invoices)
  • Quality Check of Vendor Invoices / Vendor Setup / Vendor Queries
  • Resolving Invoice Holds and Vendor Queries
  • Enhancement / Adhoc projects initiated by the Department
  • Setting up of Vendor in ERP system
