Accounts Payable Specialist

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for processing and maintaining accurate, timely accounts payable transactions. You will handle invoice processing and reconciliations, support month-end close activities, and work closely with the Accounts Payable Lead to uphold quality standards. You will also contribute ideas to improve processes within the procure-to-pay cycle and provide support for audit and compliance efforts.

What you'll do

• General Invoicing & Vendor Management (60%)
• Process and record vendor invoices with accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure proper expense classification and GL coding
• Review invoice documentation for completeness, compliance and business purpose
• Resolve vendor discrepancies and correspondence in a timely manner
