About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented professional to be a part of the Travel & Expense (T&E) CoE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end T&E processes, policy compliance, audit, controls, stakeholder management, and process improvement.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end Travel & Expense operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with global policies
• Monitor and manage service levels (SLAs), operational KPIs, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics
• Drive operational governance through regular business reviews, performance reporting, and issue resolution
• Manage escalations and ensure timely closure of complex operational issues
• Process Excellence & Transformation

What you need
