What you'll do

• Lead and manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) process including collections, and cash application
• Monitor customer credit limits and ensure adherence to company credit policies
• Manage the Expected Credit Loss (ECL) model in compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS 9 / Ind AS 109)
• Drive effective collections strategy to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and improve cash flow
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies in coordination with sales and operations teams
