About the role

The Billing Specialist is responsible for generating accurate customer invoices, reviewing supporting documentation, and resolving billing-related issues. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.

What you'll do

• Responsible for generating accurate customer invoices, reviewing supporting documentation, and resolving billing-related issues
• Create and process customer invoices accurately and promptly
• Review contracts, purchase orders, and supporting documentation to ensure billing accuracy and compliance with company requirements
• Research and resolve customer billing inquiries, disputes, and discrepancies
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and other internal departments to resolve billing issues and support business goals

What you need
