Admin Executive

About the role

In this role, you will ensure consistency of documentation, availability of shared resources and compliance with company standards.

What you'll do

• Prepare, maintain, and proofread administrative records, reports, and business documents in line with company standards
• Organize meetings, leadership visits, employee events, training programs, and ensure related logistics and records are maintained
• Maintain employee attendance, time office records, leave data, shift schedules, and payroll inputs; coordinate with HR Operations for employee administration processes
• Maintain statutory records and compliance documentation for employees and contract labor and support audits and inspections under applicable labor laws and the Factories…
• Manage facility services including housekeeping, canteen, transportation, office services, and employee welfare facilities

What you need

• 2–3 yrs of experience
• Documentation

• Safety management
• Any graduate
