About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to support our Client Delivery Team. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient day-to-day operations by providing administrative, reporting, and coordination support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Provide administrative support to team leadership and Client Delivery staff, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Organize and interpret data from internal systems to assist with reporting and analytics needs
• Create, format, and enhance PowerPoint presentations for internal and client-facing use, ensuring clarity and professionalism
• Assist with building recurring reports and dashboards, identifying trends and areas for improvement
• Maintain and update databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems
