Job Description – FSO Engineer / Senior Analyst (E2.1)

What you'll do

• Provide L2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and workplace technologies
• Deliver onsite and remote technical support for end-user incidents and service requests
• Manage hardware provisioning, installations, replacements, upgrades, and break-fix activities
• Support conference rooms, collaboration technologies, printers, and workplace equipment
• Execute asset management activities, including inventory control, audits, and lifecycle tracking
