About the role

The purpose of this role is to resolve priority incident tickets and service requests while contributing to incident analysis, change request preparation, and continuous service improvement.

What you'll do

Understands well both local and group policy
Review test custom scripts as per the requirements
Responsible for image “Online” and “Offline service”
Should be able to detect issues with the image proactively
Troubleshoot any unforeseen issues with the image and machines being built
