About the role

As Administrator, Recruitment you will be part of a centralised team delivering People Operations Shared Services at Konecranes. We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic person who has relevant experience of 2-4 years. Preferably a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources. This position will report to the Team Leader.

What you'll do

• Provide operational recruitment administration support across the defined service domain, ensuring accurate, timely and high-quality service delivery
• Support approval process administration and job publication activities in line with agreed recruitment processes and service standards
• Administer offer approval and offer letter processes, ensuring required information, approvals and documentation are completed accurately
• Consult and support internal customers in the use of SAP SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters and related recruitment administration processes
• Contribute to continuous process improvement, service quality and documentation development within the recruitment service line
