Execute patch deployment and vulnerability remediation activities across supported infrastructure and applications, ensuring completion within defined SLA timelines. Investigate and resolve routine patching issues. Support patch compliance and cyber hygiene objectives by monitoring assigned remediation tickets, tracking overdue vulnerabilities, and following established governance processes.
