About the role

Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues, drive remediation actions, and collaborate with engineering and support teams to prevent future occurrences.

What you'll do

  • Investigate and resolve infrastructure-related incidents, and any operational issues to maintain platform stability and availability
  • Execute operational activities including system maintenance, service restarts, configuration changes, and validation of successful recovery
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues, drive remediation actions, and collaborate with engineering and support teams to prevent future occurrences
