What you'll do

• Assist in the development and maintenance of business continuity and crisis management documentation, including playbooks and recovery plans
• Support the coordination and execution of tabletop exercises and scenario-based testing
• Help conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) workshops and Important Business Services mapping
• Participate in data collection and reporting activities for resilience programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and support mitigation strategies

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• BBA
