What you'll do
- Lead & deliver multiple BMS projects from various verticals like Data center, Commercial etc. along with assigned project team
- Review tender documents -plans & specifications to derive scope, RFI, deliverables etc. and prepare project plan covering detailed hardware and software design, QC
- Communicating with stakeholders, team members and project managers on project status, including progress, risk and any issues that may have an impact on project delivery
- Responsible for project related communication with customer. Frequently interacts with subordinates
- Impart technical trainings as necessary. Act as a SME/coach for team members providing technical mentorship
