What you'll do

• Working as one team, we anticipate emerging threats and create forward-thinking solutions that shape the future of cybersecurity
• Take ownership of assigned projects and support configurations to address and resolve customer issues
• Participate in knowledge transfer with teammates, attend formal team training sessions, brown bags, and formal mentoring
• Routinely monitor and develop knowledge assets to enable customer self-sufficiency
• Monitor and manage Support Services cases

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• VMware
• Firewalls
• Linux
• SIEM
• Root cause analysis
• TCP/IP
• B.Sc or B.Tech or B.E. or BCA
