Advisory Solution Consultant - Presales

About the role

As a member of our Solution Consulting team, you will have a major impact on our future success by supporting [Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, ITX] Solution Sales through our partner ecosystem. You will guide revenue for ServiceNow with the support and partnership of Sales, Partner Ecosystem, Product Management, and the executive team.

What you'll do

• Driving pre-sales efforts for partner-led territory
• Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements that can address customer and partner needs and provide additional value
• Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, trade shows, and partner enablement events
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to partner account teams, supporting deal registration, solution scoping, and co-sell strategy
• Support and drive the partner GTM activities for a select few partners along with the partner manager
