AEO/SEO & CRO Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AEO (Advanced Experience Optimization) and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Specialist with 7+ years of experience in the IT industry, specifically understanding North American markets and user behavior. This role will optimize digital campaigns, leverage AI tools, and provide actionable insights through user path explorations and behavior analysis, highlighting key hotspots for engagement and conversions.

What you'll do

• Lead AEO initiatives to improve website experience, accessibility, and conversion paths
• Design and execute CRO strategies for landing pages, microsites, and campaign funnels
• Plan and implement SEO strategies , including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO
• Analyze user behavior and site paths to identify hotspots, drop-offs, and optimization opportunities
• Use analytics and tracking tools (GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, GSC) to measure performance and derive insights
